Yes. All cleaners are fully insured while performing cleaning services in your home or business.
Yes. Our cleaners are screened, trained, and insured. Many of our clients provide entry instructions and are not home during their appointment, which works perfectly fine.
No. Many clients provide access instructions such as a lockbox code, keypad entry, or concierge instructions. Our cleaners follow these instructions carefully and secure the property once the cleaning is complete.

Yes. We offer residential cleaning services such as routine house cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. We also provide cleaning services for offices, rental properties, and small commercial spaces.

Pricing depends on the size of your home, the number of rooms and bathrooms, the condition of the property, and how frequently cleaning is scheduled. Homes that require more time or detail may have adjusted pricing.
No. Our online quoting tool provides a general estimate and is about 85% accurate. Our team manually reviews each booking to ensure the final price reflects the actual scope of work.
Online quoting tools cannot capture every detail of a home. Our admin team reviews every booking manually to ensure your final price matches what was discussed. If your confirmation looks incorrect, contact us and we will adjust it right away.
Yes. Clients who book recurring cleanings — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — receive discounted pricing.
Our pricing reflects insured professionals, reliable scheduling, and consistent quality. Many clients choose us because they want dependable cleaners they can trust. We may also offer better pricing for recurring services or multiple bookings.
Yes. We can note specific requests for your cleaning appointment. Some additional tasks may require extra time and could affect pricing.
Yes. Hourly bookings are available with a minimum of three hours per cleaner.
Yes. Garage cleaning can be included in your appointment. Please mention this when booking.
Yes. Dishwashing and laundry can be added as extra services upon request.
Our cleaners bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own cleaning products or tools, just let us know.

No. Applicable taxes are added on top of the quoted cleaning price.

You can book directly online at crystalclearcleans.ca or contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp and we’ll assist with scheduling.
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning schedules are available. Recurring clients also receive discounted rates.
We recommend booking a few days in advance to secure your preferred time. Same-day or next-day appointments may sometimes be available depending on cleaner availability.
Cleaning Services
A standard house cleaning typically includes dusting surfaces, wiping counters, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and tidying common areas. Kitchens and bathrooms receive special attention, including sinks, faucets, and appliance exteriors.
Regular cleaning focuses on maintaining cleanliness through routine tasks like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Deep cleaning includes more detailed work such as removing buildup, cleaning baseboards, and areas that are not normally cleaned during routine visits.
Yes. We provide move-in and move-out cleaning services throughout Metro Vancouver. These cleanings are more detailed and focus on preparing the home for new occupants.
Cleaning time depends on the size of the home, its condition, and the type of cleaning requested. Smaller homes may take a few hours, while larger homes or deep cleanings may require more time.
Most clients choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning depending on their needs. Recurring cleaning helps maintain a consistently clean home and often comes with discounted pricing.
Day-of Cleaning
Occasionally traffic or weather conditions may cause delays. If the delay becomes significant and you are unable to wait, we will gladly reschedule your cleaning with no penalty.
Yes. We will still honor the full estimated cleaning hours even if the cleaner arrives later than expected.
The quoted price covers the full cleaning session. If the cleaner finishes slightly ahead of schedule, the price remains the same.
It helps to tidy loose clutter so our cleaners can focus on actual cleaning tasks. For move-in or move-out cleaning services, please ensure the property is empty before the cleaning team arrives.
Pets are not a problem, but we recommend securing pets that may be anxious or protective while the cleaner is working.
Policies & Payments
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your cleaning service, please email us photos and a brief explanation within 48 hours. We will review the issue and arrange a re-clean if necessary.
Please send photos within 48 hours and our team will review the situation. We work to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
A hold may be placed on your card approximately 48 hours before your appointment to confirm sufficient funds are available. The full charge is processed once the cleaning service is completed.
Payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. However, appointments can be canceled or rescheduled according to our cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact our office directly. Messages left with cleaners do not count as official cancellation notice.
For one-time prepaid cleanings, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a credit or gift card equal to the prepaid amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, deducted from the prepaid amount.
For prepaid package sessions, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance allow the session to remain available for future use. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in either the loss of the session or a 50% cancellation fee, depending on the package terms.
For pay-as-you-go recurring bookings, cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If the cleaning team has already arrived and the service is canceled or the team cannot access the property, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the full booking fee (100%) may apply.
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment processing systems to protect your information. Your card details are never stored directly on our internal system.
